Broncos acquire quarterback Quinn from the Browns
DENVER (Reuters) - The Denver Broncos have acquired quarterback Brady Quinn from the Cleveland Browns in exchange for fullback Peyton Hillis and a 2011 sixth-round draft choice, the team said on Sunday. Denver also said on their website (www.denverbroncos.com) they had agreed to give the Browns a conditional 2012 draft pick for Quinn, a 25-year-old former first-round draft choice by the Browns entering his fourth year in the NFL.

| Record purse of $7.5 million for new biennial World Cup
LONDON (Reuters) - The World Cup is to become a biennial event and after a break this year the team competition will return in 2011 with a record purse of $7.5 million. The World Cup, which has been held annually since 1953 apart from two occasions in the 1980s, will next year boast one of the richest prize funds in golf when it is held at the Mission Hills Resort on Hainan Island in southern China from November 24-27.
